Privacy & Data Retention (summary)

We store listing information (business name, category, contact details, address, tags, and other submitted content) for up to one year for the purpose of keeping the searchable directory and processing billing. Listings are removed automatically at expiration unless renewed.

If you need a listing removed sooner, or want corrections, please contact support@bitincs.com. We will respond and act according to applicable law.

Technical note: Firestore documents use an `expireAt` timestamp and you can enable Firestore TTL in the Firebase Console to automatically delete documents when the timestamp passes.
